X Rheological Mixing Nozzle (Patented Product)
Unique X-shaped flow channel design changes the circular hole direction of the mixing filter element, enabling cross diversion and confluence of molten plastic, which greatly improves color dispersion uniformity and plastic melt flow rate. Equipped with impurity filtration function, the filtration pore size can be customized as required.
The X-shaped flow channel is free of dead corners, ensuring smooth flow with low resistance and easy color change & cleaning. It avoids clogging from the source and meets various injection molding production requirements.
Vortex Mixing Nozzle (Patented Product)
Adopting the most advanced dynamic vortex mixing structure, molten plastic is diverted and merged through the screw-type mixing valve core. Inclined blades generate reverse thrust to drive the valve core to rotate at high speed, forming a vortex effect for high-speed mixing.
Mixing efficiency is improved by more than 3 times, with pressure loss ≤5%. It features a self-cleaning function for convenient color change and cleaning. The integral screw-type valve core is highly durable; when removed, the nozzle can be used as a standard one. Suitable for high color-mixing product conditions and all types of molding machines.
